Printing Money Won't Save the Eurozone

At long last, the eurozone economy is picking up a bit. But for the recovery to take hold, there needs to be some major help from macroeconomic policy.

With Germany sticking to its much-vaunted fiscal orthodoxy, the spotlight falls on the European Central Bank (ECB). Will monetary policy be strong enough to do the job? I think not.
