Apple iPhone upgrades in 2017 should have enough desirable new features that they will likely break all previous sales records, KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo wrote on Tuesday. Next year’s iteration of the iOS-based smartphone will have an all-new exterior design after three years of relative stagnation, Kuo said in a report. With a glass outer casing, wireless charging and—for some models—an OLED screen, the 2017 models will generate “potentially unprecedented replacement demand,” Kuo wrote.
