Stocks have rallied since Election Day for several reasons, but the prospect of tax cuts is a key reason. Analysts are sharpening their pencils and coming up with more specific numbers on the impact of corporate tax reform on earnings and the stock market. President-elect Donald Trump's Treasury secretary nominee, Steven Mnuchin, said this week that corporate tax reform will be a top priority for the incoming administration, with a 15% rate still the target.
